Intructions to Watch a Web Cast
Real Media/Windows Media test begins 10 minutes prior to show
Accordent Shows begin right on time

To view ANY WebCast you must download either a Real Media Player or Windows Media Player.
To Download a Media Player:

Step 1: Select either the Real Player or Windows Player icon here.      wcinstructions    

Step 2: Double Click it.

Step 3: Select FREE download, not free trial download.

Step 4: Follow the download instructions on the website (You may have to restart your computer after download).

Now your ready to view Live Webcasts!

On the Day of the Show:

Step 1: go to URL http://video.biocom.arizona.edu

Step 2: Locate the show you want to watch under "Events You Can View Live."

Step 3: Double click Real Media or Windows Media icon (whichever you already downloaded) that corresponds to that show.

Step 4: If you are early, the Real Media Player should open with a message saying "No live video yet, but stay tuned." The Windows Media Player will have a black screen if you are early, otherwise you will enter while the broadcast has started. If you are early, close the media player and open it again closer to its scheduled time, or refresh it.

Step 5: Sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
